Online Appointment System - Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Beijing
For ADS Groups of 5-60 persons (only for ADS accredited travel agencies, registrered with this Embassy)
- Click the word Calendar on the bottom of this page.
- Select the preferred month.
- Select a date at least 10 working days earlier than the date of departure or the appointment for a visa at another Embassy.
- One ADS Group can be made up of 5 to 60 persons. You will find three reservation slots per day, each one representing 1-20 persons. All reservations for one group must be made on the same day!:
- For a group of 5-20 persons, you reserve 1 slot
- For a group of 21-40 persons, you reserve 2 slots
- For a group of 41-60 persons, you reserve 3 slots
- Fill out the registration form and click on submit. (Fill in the obligatory CNTA number and full name of agencies name)
- Within minutes you will receive an e-mail with a link to confirm your appointment. If you don’t click on this link within 6 hours, the appointment will be automatically cancelled by the system. All appointments start at 9:00 AM.
ADS applications can be done by the travel agency, in conformity with the ADS MOU between the PRC and the Schengen countries.
Decisions on complete applicationsfiles will be issued 5 working days after the day of application, between 13:30 and 14:00.
The applicationprocedure starts when all requirements are met by the travel agency. If your travel agency provides incomplete files, we cannot garantuee the decisions will be issued after 5 working days.

PLEASE NOTE: Any agency who misuses this reservation system by making reservations for not yet existing groups, or for making reservations for more persons than actually confirmed, will be warned and appropriate measures will be taken.
